Can't come to us? We come to you. Our team conducts on-site visits within the Mombasa area — Nyali, Bamburi, Tudor and surroundings. We confirm the scope before arriving, bring what we need and leave the space exactly as we found it. Travel logistics are agreed upfront so there are no surprises.

We believe honest limits build more trust than overpromising. Lumenlastro focuses on the Mombasa mainland area; we don't currently operate on Mombasa Island or Likoni without prior arrangement. We also don't offer emergency call-outs outside of business hours — if your situation is urgent overnight, we'll do our best to help you find an alternative. Specialised technical work that falls outside our expertise is referred to vetted providers we know personally.
